Getting back in shape takes a lot of time and effort. One must focus on losing the extra fat and not the weight alone. In order to do so, one must lead a healthy lifestyle and avoid any unhealthy habits. Some changes to lifestyle can go a long way in helping one attain a good health and a great body:

·         Stop being a smoker as it prevents you from becoming healthy and leads to reduced amount of oxygen in your body

·         Eat more and more of foods rich in fibre like soya, oatmeal, olive, flaxseed etc as they can help you attain good fitness levels

·         Maintaining a food diary with calorie control program that lays a limit on the amount of calories that you eat on a daily basis. This is important because the extra calories get stored in your body, adding fat and obesity. It is these extra calories that you burn later on when you get started with extensive weight loss program

·         Select a weight loss program that is optimal for your body and your needs for burning body fat

·         Drink more and more water and it reduces toxicity in your body and improves hydration rates

·         Avoid eating junk and deep fried foods

·         Exercise regularly and walk or jog for at least one hour a day

·         Don’t overeat. And also don’t stop eating or fasting. Eat balanced amount of food at regular intervals.

It is said that our body is what we eat. It is therefore important to manage calories intake to avoid getting extra pounds on your stomach. Start exercising regular to burn body fat and get back in shape with a healthy lifestyle.
