3 Enemies of Success That You Must Defeat

There are three enemies whose ultimate purpose for existence is to make you fail at any and everything in life. Find out what these enemies are and how to defeat them!

These are the three major enemies whose ultimate purpose in life is to make you a failure and an underachiever:

1. Excuses- I learned a saying a long time ago that has stuck with me
until this day.  It goes like this:

"Excuses, excuses, build bridges to nowhere and monuments to nothing. Those
who practice them seldom accomplish anything at all."

Excuses come from laziness.  It is so much easier to make an excuse, than to
make a way.  The more we make excuses, the lazier we become.  This brings
us to the next enemy:

2.Habits-  We, human beings, are all creatures of habit.  Habits will make you or
break you.

Physical habits like smoking, and drinking are easy to recognize and criticize, but what about the habits that are a little more hidden?

I heard a saying in one seminar that is very powerful.  It says "How you do anyting is
how you do everything."  This is so true.

I recognized the habit of quitting in my life.  It was easy to recognize in short term projects, but when I took a closer look at my life, I noticed a much deeper and destructive pattern.

I quit school, I quit relationships, I gave in early on my workouts at the gym, I tried a bunch of different money-making opportunities, and although some of them were crap, I quit every last
one of them before they even had a chance to work. I didn't finish anything!

This was a self-defeating habit that I was unaware of for the early part of my adult life.
The thing about a habit is that even if you are aware of it, it is still hard to break.

But the good thing is that habits can work in our favor also! It is possible to break old limiting habits and create postive empowering habits in your life...but only if you don't make excuses.

3.Procrastination:  If you have excuses and habits working against you, then it is only
a matter of time before procrastination puts you out of your misery.

Nothing can be accomplished without taking action.  I believe that procrastination is something that we all struggle with at some degree. Procrastination is easily defeated
by taking consistent and persistent actions towards your goals.

These three enemies have been around since the beginning of time and are responsible for millions of people not reaching their full potential in life. So I want to encourage you to stop making excuses, develop the right habits, take consistent action towards your goals, and defeat the three major enemies of your success!

Much Success,
