How to Treat the Supervisors Indulging in Idle Talk?

Officials like that maybe just around you. The only thing they can do is to show off with their empty words and to pose with the prepared presentation regardless of the feasibility in the meetings.

In dry and solemn meeting, the act mentioned above happened, is like in theatrical festival in a town, a famous top notch appears in the stage how exciting it is. stemming from kindness, we should not crow over the criticized, also we will not consider the Party Secretary is showing, but as far as the essence concerned, some praises still exist for example, in the establishment, the one who grade last will analyze himself, so its function of stimulation goes without saying, not only the man criticized but also others will be shocked, if they do not do well and make achievements, they will be expelled from their position.

As a matter of fact, just several made reports with empty words and disregarded the feasibility in the meetings, but if all officials were, what had the society turn to? I believe the general mood of society will be so terrible that our society won't work normally in the long term. Therefore, we must get the several officials in the presence of all, it can give a lesson and warning to other officials to avoid and decrease the phenomenon occurs.

I read a book the other day, the story let us considerable & self-reflection, the detail description of story as showed as that: There is a dog in YSYYL, she bitted a bone to pass the bridge, and she discovered that there is other dog in the river, it also bitted a bone more bigger than her, so she is jealous of that, with her red eyes, she decided to rob its bone in the end.

We can imaged that everything has disappeared when she was opened her angry month, both bones lose and only can see the small wave of water, funning? Amused? It is a stupid dog!

To sum up, the supervisors indulging in idle talk is a tough and serious question, it takes time to solve it and probably this situation will never die in the future.
