A few years after that, a basketball player called Chuck T or Chuck Taylor as his real name was, came in to the office. He was screaming, like never before. He threw the converse shoes on the table and started to complain. The owner of the company, Marquis M. Converse, started to ask Mr. Taylor about what was wrong with the shoes. Mr. Taylor kindly replied that the shoes hurt him so much that he actually bled once. Marquis went nuts and actually hired Chuck to his company.
