I work 45 hours a week at my regular job. I work in retail so I don't enjoy weekends, I work them. I get a day off here and there. When I'm off, I am a full time father of 2 and a devoted husband. I volunteer at my church 4-5 hours a week, sometimes more. MAKE TIME FOR YOURSELF!!!

I am a husband of seven years and a father of two children of which I love being. At times it can be very challenging to devote time and energy to myself. It’s all about having three things: a plan, a proper diet to fit your needs, and motivation. Without a plan, there can be no sense of achievement (which in turn produces motivation). Without proper nutrition, you have no way to fuel your body to accomplish the plan. Lastly but not least, without motivation, you have no way to drive yourself down the path you have set. There are many different programs and plans to choose from these days but which one is right for you. Honestly, you will never find out unless you try new things.
