It is not totally necessary to know how to code everything. You can hire coders to do the work for you. But be sure they sign a non-disclosure document so that your idea cannot be stolen. Naturally, you will need to pay for these services, but if you don’t know how much, then you set a preferred limit and ask for bids, then you choose the bid you can afford.

Give the coder those sketches you drew up – but make sure they are clear and easy to understand from the point of view of someone who does not know much about it. Before releasing your escrow payment, make sure you can test the application on an iPhone to ensure it really works.

Once you know it is a success, you can pay your coder and then submit the iPhone application development to Apple.
