If you missed the mortgage modification marathon that took place over
in Palm Beach, you’ll have another opportunity on March 13th to work
out a new mortgage loan term for your
Miami Beach homes and prevent foreclosure. What’s more, you won’t need to travel so far up north to participate either.
The Florida InterAgency Mortgage Task Force and state attorney General
Bill McCollum are joining forces and will be holding a housing
workshop. In this case, the workshop is being held at Florida
International University, great news for owners of Miami Beach homes
who found the previous mortgage modification event too far away and a
tad too congested with homeowners in similar situations.
Also worth noting is the presence of representatives from several
banking institutions like JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo and Bank of
America. They’ll be on hand to assist homeowners with receiving
mortgage modification for their
South Beach homes
provided they bring the proper documents such as income tax returns,
bank statements, proof of employment, and of course their driver’s
license.
Unlike the other event which lived up to its marathon name, this one
starts at 10 a.m. and ends at 2 p.m. so make sure to get there early.
Better yet, make a reservation and remove the odds of not getting to
speak with someone.
