Urinary bladder infection is such a disease which can happen to anyone at any age. One needs to have commitment to lead a proper and advisable life to get rid of bladder infection.

The urinary tract in human body acts as a filter for eradicating the liquid wastes. The malfunctioning of urinary tract may start at any mean; however, women are more susceptible to urinary bladder infection (also known as urinary tract infection or UTI) which can later turn into painful nuisance. According to a recent research report, more or less 50 per cent of all women suffer from urinary bladder infection at least once in their lifetime. In other case, many women incessantly suffer from this infection throughout their life.

There are several reasons why people suffer from this painful disease. Some of the major reasons are listed below:

·         Using unhygienic or unclean public lavatory:  In this kind of practice, both men and women are prone to this infection.

·         Female anatomy makes women more susceptible to urinary tract infection and in some cases, sexual intercourse becomes the primary reason to compel a woman suffer from this painful illness. During the period of sexual intercourse, the bacteria at the vaginal parts sometimes get kneaded into the urethra.

·         Women who begin sexual activities are also seen suffering from urinary tract infection, which is more often than the virgin or celibate women. On the other hand, the women who change sexual partners or practice sexual contacts more frequently may experience urinary bladder infection more often than the women who maintain monogamous relationships. Some women also get this infection whenever they have sex; however this is a very rare case.

This infection can also occur in both male and female due to the practice of belated urination. Due to this practice in the long-run, the bladder loses its flexibility of natural contraction and relaxation and the muscles present in the bladder become weak. When a person attains this stage, he is unable to urinate completely and some portion of urine is always left in the bladder, which gradually leads him/her to urinary bladder infection.

Thus, it is suggested to avoid the public lavatory as much as possible or flush water properly before and after using it. On the other hand, the both men and women should always use contraceptives (the most reliable is condom) to avert the occurrence of urinary tract infection due to sexual intercourse.

The persons suffering from urinary bladder infection are usually seen to randomly use antibiotics which at the primary stage can subdue the infections, but in the later case completely fail to even reduce the pain. Thus, it is suggested to stop using antibiotics which also affect the other organs and simply use D-Mannose to get permanent relief from urinary tract infection.
