<p>Enthusiasm can be catching. The will to win is the main difference between the winner and the loser. Show that you are excited on working on various projects.</p>


<p>Rule 5: Set goals for People</p>

<p>You can lead people by being a model for them. Arouse an employee to pattern his behavior after yours. Set goals for your people and help them achieve those goals by being a model for them. Help them by providing opportunities and recognizing difficulties. By giving people a good example to follow, you motivate them to a similar performance.</p>
