Tomato soilless seedling medium was used local resources. Nutrient solution formula and plant regulation measurement were studied at the basis of preliminary study. Results as follow:1.Compound medium of fermentation maize stalk and vermiculite with 3:1 ratio was the best of 7 medium. The seedling plant height, stem diameter, fresh and dry mass of above ground, root dry mass and index of strong seedling was the highest after sowed 30d and 45d. It had significant difference compared with CK (turf and vermiculite with 3:1 ratio). Leaf chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate and root vigor were higher than that in CK significantly. Turf could be replaced by agricultural wastes mixed with cattle manure in factory cultivated seedling and the wastes could become useful.2. Optimization of 8 nutrient solution formula were carried out used fermentation maize stalk medium and vermiculite with 3:1 ratio, and water as CK. The results showed that formula 4(0.5%the ternary compound fertilizer+0.2%i...更多mpact application organic fertilizer1) and formula 2 (0.8%the ternary compound fertilizer)and formula 6(biogas fluid dilution one time) had significant difference comparison of the clean water control respectively, and the testing indexes were better than other treatments, of which formula 4 was optimum, formula 2 and formula 6 were superior.3. It was the best treat when 100-200 mg/L paclobutrazol was applied at one leaf and half leaf period, at one half leaf period was the worst treat and at two leaf half leaf period was the mediate treat. The index of strong seedling was decreased on 400 mg/L paclobutrazol treatment at three period. It appeared obvious drug toxicity on 600 mg/L paclobutrazol treatment.4.This test for the study of tomato soilless seedling technology offers a number of theoretical basis and technical support, promoting the application of breeding factory and speed up the shift of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.
