NTFS file systems might face corruption issues too. In order to alleviate these issues, use recover deleted files tool and forget NTFS.sys file corruption problems.
The
NTFS file systems are usually designed to be less prone to damage and
corruption issues when compared to FAT or FAT32 file systems.
However, corruption can occur anytime to any system. One common
NTFS-related issue comprises of corruption of NTFS.sys file that
might happen due to innumerable issues. If in case the ntfs.sys file
goes corrupt or missing, it might result in windows system going into
unbootable state and can make the partition inaccessible. You might

defragmenter on their Windows XP based hard disk which was formatted
to NTFS file system. In such situations, the tool freezes and when
you restart the system afterwards, your computer will fail to
initiate. Additionally, it will display the following error message:
“Windows
could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt:
System32\Drivers\Ntfs.sys”
After
the occurrence of this error message, you cannot access the disk
partition. The major reason behind this issue is discussed further.
NTFS file system has a driver file named ntfs.sys, which allows the
windows computer to read/write data to NTFS partitions. The above
problem results when this file becomes corrupt or goes missing while
you run disk defragmenter.

commands given below:
cd
\windows\system32\drivers
ren ntfs.sys ntfs.old
copy cd:\i386\ntfs.sys
drive:\windows\system32\drivers
Over here cd and drive
are the drive letters of CD-ROM drive and primary partition
If in case this
doesn’t resolve your problem, then your problem might be a result
of disk-related issue. Therefore, you can run chkdsk/r command from
Recovery Console command prompt
If the problem
persists, you must repair or reinstall the Windows installation on
your system. In order to restore the deleted data after Windows
reinstall, you can use the last valid backup.
However,
if you don’t have the backup copy or if it is found to be corrupt
or incomplete, then the best option to recover
