Once you have your autoresponder, that hardest part is filling the blank page that sits in front of you. The first message is often the hardest one. However, if you have researched your niche and have a good idea on the key topics, then you can plan a message series that covers these areas.

Matching you posts to your reader’s interest is key to your list success, which is why you should think about what your problems were and still are, then find solutions to these. Another way is to ask the question in Google. ‘The problem with niche topic’ and see what results you get.

You know more than other people, this is a fact that most people overlook. You may not be a professor or have a doctorate in your niche, but I can guarantee that you do know more than a lot of people out there, which is why I hope you have started using these automated messages to share your wisdom with your subscribers.

Gurus tell people how great they are, you must make other people great.

When your subscribers find your messages useful, your reputation is enhanced and the open rate for your next message is greatly increased.

Once you have got the reputation as a trusted advisor and your messages are eagerly anticipated then you can use this to drive traffic to offers that match that anticipation.

This is the important point, you have created the reputation in your niche, do not start sending the readers to unrelated offers or you will kill the hard won reputation.

If you keep the subscriber messages in the specific niche then you can be sure that a percentage of your readers will follow your links and some will buy, thus you are now able to further enhance your reputation, whilst generating an income through this reputation, your marketing circle is now complete.

You have built the reputation that ensures people follow your offers, which means that they get great content and they return to you for more great content.

As you write these automated messages, and monitor the open rate you will get a feel for what interests your list and what their problems are. A quicker and better way to do this is to ask your list, what they need to solve their problems, but do not just ask them, make them part of your team. Send out a message that asks them what their biggest hurdle is, as a thank you let them know that they could have their name and site in the credits of the new report.

If you do this right you could have your messages written for you by the responses that you receive, how great would that be, your workload has just dropped right off and you have in demand content for a new report.
