The main objective of a CV is to secure an interview. So how can we produce a winning CV? A CV is just like a good advertisement to win the Employer’s attention.

Firstly read through the job advertisement and understand about the job and the company you are going to apply for. Highlight main skills, essential requirements of the job and find out about the organisation/company you want to work for.
