In losing one pound of fat, you
must burn 3500 calories over and above what you already burn doing daily
activities. It sounds like a lot of calories and certainly wouldn’t try to burn
calories in one day. However, it takes step by step.
Calculate your BMR, it is the
body needs to maintain normal functions like digestion and breathing. This is
the minimum numbers of calories that you need to eat each day. Calculate your
activity level, figure out how many calories you burn while standing, lifting
