We all have dreams and things we would like to have, be, or do in our lifes. For most part these dreams seem to elude us and many give up on what they truly want and settle into a fairly comfortable but unfulfilled life. But is that enough for you? Fortunately life offers more and you can change your situation no matter where in your life you are today. You always have that choice. This article will show you 3 processes that ? if used - will help you really live your dreams. You have probably heard the saying: You become what you think about. This is probably our first and most serious obstacle because we tend to think more of our problems than our dreams and goals in life. But in order to manifest your dreams, you need to focus on your dreams. It's that simple - although not always easy to do in the midst of a busy life. I suggest you listen to your thoughts for a few days. You will probably be surprised at what you hear. Start in the mornings during your morning ritual. While brushing your teeth, rubbing in face cream or shaving make yourself think only positive thoughts that are either focused on what you want or express gratitude of what you already have. Let go of thoughts of doubt and worry and concentrate on your dreams. The more vivid you can imagine them, the better. The stronger you can feel them, the better. The more real your dream becomes, the better. So the first process is visualization. Simply imagine in your mind what it will be like to actually live your dream. Picture yourself living where you want and in that special home you?ve always dreamt of. Imagine driving your dream car with the person you want beside you. Imagine doing what you truly want to do. What will your life look like when you really live your dream life? Imagine what you will see, hear and feel when your dream has become reality. Visualizing our dream life is fun and easy to do. It?s like the daydreaming we did when we were children. Numerous studies have shown the effectiveness of visualization in healing and manifesting all sorts of wonderful things. So, get started by telling yourself the happily every after story for your life. The second process is to declare your intention. Once you have your vision clear in your mind, write it down and shout it from the roof tops. The more you talk about your dream as if it's already starting to show up in your life, the faster and easier that dream will materialize. Share your vision. Talk about it as you would about a vacation once you've booked your flight. Think of your dream as a "done deal" and talk about it as such. Don?t worry about the nay Sayers and skeptics. Be aware that there will probably be people in your life, who will not support your dream - not because they don't think you deserve it, but because they think they don't and they are afraid for you to fail. If these people are your family or best friends you will have to be careful to stand firm. It is your dream not theirs! You might have to create a certain distance from them for a while. Share your dream with people who will support you. Often talking to complete strangers can be a great way to get started as they have no preconceived ideas about your abilities and your current situation. This is one of the reasons why the mentor and coach concepts bring such incredible results. So if you don?t get full support from family and friends find a good mentor or a coach and join a good mastermind group. The third process is to become really clear on the what and why of your dream; on the emotional content; on the reason why you want this particular dream. How will you feel once you have it? Jim Rohn says: ?When the why is strong enough, the how becomes easy.? It is absolutely vital that you are crystal clear on the what and especially on the why. For instance, do you want more money so can feel secure or is it to feel generous or successful? Whatever it is, think of some ways you can experience those feelings today. How can you be generous either with the money you have now or with your time, energy, love today? What can you do today that will give you a feeling of generosity or of success? The more you can bring the emotional content of your dreams into today, the faster you will manifest the physical components of that dream. And it is really fun to act as if. Life is play and now is the perfect moment to play as if your dream has already come true. Make sure to have fun playing your dream life because the positive emotions you feel are the most important ingredient in creation.
