Ergonomics is defined as the science for defining the perfect
environment for a particular person. This includes the surroundings, the
equipments and other tangible things that make up the environment of an
individual.

Body ergonomy (or ergonomics) is the science of understanding what to
use and what not to use to maximize a specific event or condition. In a
workplace, the worker’s ambience is important to ensure his health is
monitored safely, amongst other things. For students, it is important to
have a learning environment that is conducive at all times to be able to
maximize the importance of education. For gym buffs, it is vital to have
a clean and cold place to workout in.

Sleeping is also another act wherein body ergonomy is used. The act of
sleeping is very important for the health of an individual and it
usually entails proper positioning to reduce chances of muscular pain
that is sometimes acquired during sleeping. It is important that people
realize the importance of body ergonomics when it comes to sleeping to
decrease the chances of having pains like stiff neck, which are usually
caught at the time of one’s personal hibernation.

Body ergonomics in sleeping tells people how one should understand the
importance of proper body positioning. It also tells us that it is
important to invest in good pillows and a great bed to eliminate events
of having body pains when waking up. This is also to maximize comfort in
the bedroom, especially since sleep is intended for relaxation and
hibernation after a long day’s work in the office or in school.
