Not only will this cut down on the chance for unwanted pregnancy, but it will also make them more docile as well. In general rabbits who have been treated will be more gentle and calm, and much less likely to cause a fuss.
2. Rabbits can be social animals but they like the company of other rabbits more than humans. So think about getting a buddy for your pet rabbit so it won’t be as lonely. 3. Make sure your indoor rabbit cages are kept clean at all times. You’ll probably have to clean your rabbit’s cage once a day, and make sure to disinfect it to get rid of the smell. A clean rabbit cage will mean a healthier happier rabbit.
4. Never leave your rabbit trapped in its cage all day, and make sure it gets some exercise. Rabbits are healthiest when they are running and jumping, so give them a chance to experience some freedom.
5. Take steps to rabbit-proof your house. You should designate one area for your rabbit to be its playroom. This should be one room that you don’t mind getting dirty, and take careful steps to make sure it is secure. Get rid of anything a rabbit can chew, and don’t put anything in the room that you don’t want damaged.
