Here is a sure fire way to get you started on the road to becoming skinny and overall fitness-no matter how busy your schedule.

 

It all starts with having the right mindset.

 

If you want to get skinny and become fit it all starts with having the reasonable mindset. You have to understand where you are and not are satisfied with your current look or condition. You have to know what you want to change in order for change to be possible. The first step in getting the proper mindset to start exercising is to look at your body in the mirror. Turn from side to side and really look at yourself. Would you like to have more stamina and energy to get you through the day? Would you like to get feeling better about yourself? All of this is completely possible.

By writing down what you want to change it is harder to avoid. It can also be helpful to measure parts of your body that you want to change.

 

Now that you have done this self assessment you are ready to continue down the road to fitness. You have a starting point and some very strong reasons to move forward. Keep remembering your motivation and you will stay on the path toward becoming skinny and getting fit.
