The second city of England, Birmingham is situated in the West Midlands County. The metropolis is the most populated one, after London. It has a thriving whole sale food market, which is the biggest in the country. The town is known for ages, for the fresh agricultural produces. The town led the industrial revolution in England, riding on its strong market of agricultural products. The fact is supported by the Royal Charter of 1166. The city loves its meals. The “Balti” curry was invented in one of the kitchens of the restaurant, Birmingham. It is a special type of curry that is cooked and served in a round bottom, shallow, cast iron bucket. 

La Bastille is a well known name in the crowd of Birmingham restaurants. The premiere French eatery serves authentic French cuisines that will delight the sternest food critic.
