make us enough worried when we think of the disease. It is also panic creating
if someone of your ancestors had suffered from this disease if you are within
your teen there is again no escape from this chronic disease.
What is Diabetes or Diabetes Mellitus?

Types of diabetes
There are
basically two types of diabetes, type1 and type 2. Gestational Diabetes is also
another type of diabetes. Gestational Diabetes is self resolving and most of
the times the pregnant woman recovers from this disease. But type1 and type2
diabetes are yet irrecoverable. Although there are several researches going all
around the globe no such fruitful result is obtained till date.
Diabetes Symptoms
It may be
that you are suffering from diabetes but you feel no difference in your daily
activity. You have gone to pathology center for some other disease and found
that your blood sugar level is high enough. If the level persists for couple of
days you are diabetes affected. Diabetes is a silent killer; it encourages
other diseases to do some harm to your body. Such a deadly disease is diabetes.
Generally if your blood glucose level stays above 120mg/dL you are under
caution. But sometimes due to some other effects in your body help the blood
glucose level to increase a bit and afterwards it resolves automatically.
Common symptoms
1. Frequent
urination, especially at night during your sleep
2. Weight
gain or weight loss
3. Increase in
the level of body urea
4. Skin infections
5. Poor wound
healing
6. Blurred
vision
7. Cuts and
bruises that turn into severe ulcers
8. Intense
hunger
Although
there is no treatment of diabetes it can be prevented at the early days. If you
observe any of the above symptoms just consult a doctor and check your blood
sugar level.
