Floor Cleaner Reviews – The Hoover H3000

This floor cleaner does not use steam to clean up. But surprisingly the water on the surface get dried out pretty quickly. The physical attributes including the look n feel of the device looks beautiful. Both White and the Blue colors are used in a gentle manner. Anyhow these units have nothing to do with its “beauty” when it comes to performing its duty. So let’s discuss some of the other attributes of this floor cleaner such as the dimensions for instance.

The weight is around 14 pounds which is not at as high as it can get and it’s certainly not light weight either. Depending on the user the weight can be pretty useful too while cleaning too. The length is 23 in inches which is not that long for a floor cleaner. Another cool feature that comes with it is the foot controlled switch which allows you to switch between drying and wetting the surface. If you use it on a wood floor for example you can fill the tank with proper chemical to gain the maximum effect. If not on especial occasions it can dry out wet within 2 minutes which is pretty impressive.

But after saying those praise worthy features there are few problems that one has to face with it. One major factor was that the non removable vacuum tank. You cannot turn it off and use it as a scrubber unlike many other products. This may not be a big concern for many but since you pay some reasonable amount of money they should’ve included with it. The pads are easily removable and were a bit soft too. If you have some hard surfaces make sure to buy a hard pad for this floor cleaner.

Another thing was the noise. It is a bit noisy but was certainly lower than some other units. Anyhow if you have babies or kids perhaps it’s not wise to use it closer to them or while they’re sleeping. And because of it operates a bit slow for to gain the maximum effect you’ll have to use it slowly. Which then again if you’re using this floor cleaner to clean up big rooms for instance can be a bit time consuming.

However, it does its job in a very satisfying manner. And when it comes to removing and filling both the waste and the water tank was easy too. Anyway this might not be the best because of some of the negative factors but certainly a good floor cleaning machine.
