The very first thing that most of the Outlook users do after crashing of the Outlook is they reinstall MS Outlook and then they create a new profile. Taking this action is quite good if the email stored in the corrupt PST files are not important or you have backup of the PST file. If you have backup of the corrupt PST file then you can access that file with new Outlook profile and then move messages from backup file to the new PST file.
