Why not accelerate your personal growth and balance the demands of work and home at the same time? This will release more of your management potential, increase profitability and provide personal happiness as well. A good Business Coach can help you do this quickly, and it may not cost as much as you expect.

Management is the key factor of production in any firm, for without it, the company loses momentum, and profits drift out the door. Competent managers are a scarce resource nationwide and every country is trying to attract ours too. This is why I focus on the personal productivity of Business Owners and Managers first, when they engage my services as a Business Coach.  Just imagine tapping into the vast potential that you possess, and shifting up a gear?

Business Coaching is not the same as mentorship. Mentorship is a process whereby a wiser man or women passes on business techniques to a less experienced protégé. Business Coaching is something completely different. Here the Business Coach, also experienced in the role of management, simply acts as a mirror within which the client discovers what they can improve by releasing their own potential. I am a Business Coach and not a Mentor, because I know that self-discovery is more effective than implementing another person’s methods.

o    Accelerating Personal Growth

Many of the clients that I have worked with already have a good perception of where they need to be, and how to get there. What holds them back is the feeling of being stuck in glue that many of us experience when we need to move on to something new. There are many reasons for this, of which these are just a sample:

*             Our old enemy, resistance to change

*             Too many balls in the air

*             No time today – our old friend, procrastination

As my clients discover negatives forces like these, I teach them techniques to help themselves, and then monitor progress as their personal growth (and their firm’s profits) take off.  Why don’t you contact me about this today?

o    Realising the Optimum Work-Life Balance in All Areas

I use the words optimum and realise deliberately here. This is because of the conflict between a desire to rise to the top of the profession, and the simultaneous need to enjoy a relaxed and happy family life. Nobody can ever optimise their personal productivity while this battle wages on – and we are all made differently too. My job is to help my clients become aware of the optimum balance for them in their own lives, and maintain it too.

Achieving a truce in this age-old strife releases a vast amount of human potential, blocked previously on both sides. Freed of stress like this, my clients move on to achieve their goals in business, and at home as well. Imagine what your life would be like, if I helped you to achieve this transformation too.
