Enomatic takes the guesswork out of purchasing our wines. Enomatic is a wine serving system that dispenses wines at varying amounts (1oz/3oz/5oz) with use of a pre-paid card, and gives you the ability to try a taste or two or three or as many labels as you wish. The wine is safely and freshly maintained in these climate-controlled machines for up to three weeks. Wine is preserved by an injection of nitrogen into the bottle each time an amount of wine is dispensed.
Wouldn’t it be great to actually taste that expensive bottle of wine before you buy it and later realize it wasn’t to your liking? After all, no matter how delicious the label makes it sound (mmm... how about those chocolate and strawberry notes) or how well the wine seller talks it up, only your nose knows in the end.
Luckily for us, Enomatic takes the guesswork out of purchasing our wines. Basically, Enomatic is a wine serving system that dispenses wines at varying amounts (1oz/3oz/5oz) with use of a pre-paid card, and gives you the ability to try a taste or two or three or as many labels as you wish. There is no need to stare blindly at a wine menu or to feel intimidated into buying something even though you are not sure it is a wine you will enjoy. If you don’t like a particular wine, it is no loss to you. On the other hand, if you do enjoy the wine, feel free to buy another ounce or so. Better yet, you can purchase an entire bottle and go home feeling confident in your wine.
