Not all activities can make you healthy. There are quite a few that will help you grow even fatter and make you unhealthy. It is important that you reduce these activities so that you can live the life you really should be living. Read this article for tips on what activities you should avoid.
Nobody wants to become fat. But just in case you’re tired of being called Mr. Bones or Skinny Man you can always find some activities that can make you fat in no time. But that would kind of defeat my purpose of writing this article so I suggest you take heed of the things that I’m about to mention because they might just save your life. The following are four daily activities that can make a person fat.
Television watching is one the favorite past times of most people all over the world today. In one part it has brought many advantages in our lives like connecting us to the outside world. In a larger part, it has caused many people to become fat as they grow older. The equation is simple: Too much TV > Exercise = Weight Gain. Change that equation to “Too much TV < Exercise” if you want to get the result “Healthy Body.”
Health should come first before career. What good can career give you if you are lying flat on your back due to hypertension? This is so obvious and you might have realized it yourself by now that sitting behind your desk for 9 hours straight is not good for you. Yes you will be able to produce more for your job but what about your health? You’ll produce more fat if you just sit there! At least do some stretching once in a while to avoid slowing down your metabolism and gain fat.
Have you ever heard of “beer belly”? That’s what you get when you drink too much beer every night. While alcohol has its benefits for your body, the negative effect of drinking too much can outweigh them all. Beer especially can give you more calories than your body needs making you fat in no time. Limit your consumption to one bottle per night if you don’t want to lose that 6-pack abs that you have.
A good activity (or non-activity) that can help you lose weight properly is sleep. Getting 8 hours of it can boost up your metabolism. You might think of getting 10 hours instead to boost up your metabolism more but that doesn’t work that way my friend. Sleeping too much will cause your body to store more fat instead so I suggest you remain faithful to 8 hours of sleep every day.
Again, if you want to become fat do these things on a regular basis. But if you want to remain healthy, then have to slow down with these activities. They are really good activities actually but just like everything else, overdoing them will result to negative things.
