Introspection is a powerful tool used by all great leaders. Successful businesspeople understand this, and know the importance of retreating from routine daily to re-secure their vision. Business Coach John Standaloft has a program to help you do this.

I find it interesting that great leaders of modern times all have one thing in common. This universal element is taking time out to catch up with self, and review recent and impending events in moments of quiet contemplation. Winston Churchill used to do this sitting in a deep bath with a good cigar, and a glass of first-rate whisky too. American Presidents go off to private zones from time to time. Protocol shields us from the details, although I do know that Obama enjoys a game of golf, and that Roosevelt loved going sailing.

These quiet moments are undoubtedly places where opportunities arise to review the world, and the role of identity within it. Some call these moments re-charging batteries, and other catching up with self. Evidence confirms that people that do this regularly come back re-energized, and with a clear vision of what they have to do. Successful businesspeople take time out for introspection. Branson goes off in hot air balloons. Gates chills out on Mustique Island. These private times are key ingredients to their success. May I show you how to do this too, as your business coach, and in the privacy of your own office?

Our minds are the powerhouses behind our brains. Intelligence, imagination, inspiration and creativity may be nascent here waiting for re-energizing. We all need to take personal balloon rides to our higher selves, and, when we re-connect, share time walking the beaches with them on our virtual desert islands.

These daily moments of introspection enable us to enter dialogue with our inner selves. They are powerhouse chances to reconnect with our potential in moments free of interference from those who no not see things in the same blinding light. Why don’t you contact me? I am an experienced business coach and could hold the mirror up to your inner self. Just imagine what that will do for your personal effectiveness, and the resultant productivity of your business too.
