Rain or shine we play for a cause!

Success at any cost is a mantra at The Canadian Decompression and Pain Centres. And at CDPC success comes in many forms. It comes in form of research and development with break through treatments like their spinal decompression therapy with CDPC's exclusive Neuro-Oxygen treatment. Success is when a patient comes in with an ailment and CDPC can diagnose, treat and ultimately free patients from lumbar pain, sciatica pain relief, spinal back pain, spinal decompression surgery, lower back pain relief, chronic neck pain, lumbar back pain, degenerative disc disease and much more. For CDPC success is when they can look into their patients eye’s and promise them a better quality of life with all their collective treatments namely spinal treatment, sciatica treatment, sciatica pain treatment and more. And that they did with the Newlight for Hope Charity Golf Tournament charity event. An event that was organised by CDPC in unison with ‘Free The Children’. The golf tournament was held on the 19th of August at the Kings Riding Golf Club. The aim was to raise money and shine some light on all the great work that the foundation does which is providing education and other development programmes in 45 countries around the world.

When you have a noble cause and golf all in one package the event is bound to be a magnet for philanthropists and golfers alike! It’s no wonder that the tournament had over 80 golfers with more that 30 other guests in attendance. Like some of the golfer’s score cards the weather was unpredictable as well! The rain tried to cause some havoc but only got people mingling indoors for some gossip, laughter and let’s not forget business networking. After the rain clouds decided to take a hike, the players were out again trying to finish their game and just having a fun and letting loose. The tournament was followed by a trade show that dealt with the business of medicine. It gave different companies an opportunity to present their products and business ideas in front of potential investors and buyers.

Needless to say the tournament was a great success, nothing new for CDPC! Money was raised for a cause and people had a chance to be part of a unique competition, one that some described as the best in a very long time. Many golfers have already committed to next years event and CDPC and ‘Free The Children’ cant hardly wait!
