If you don't want to harm your body, make sure that your health problems, lifestyle and age will not cause problems with the diet plan you are planning to apply. You can find diets that put limits on each day consumption or don’t allow you to consume selected foods. As mentioned before, we've to choose diet, that will not do harm to our bodies, even if it assists to drop weight. Often happens that younger people can follow more diet programs than elders. That's why mainly elders must check if any health problem will not go into conflict with considered diet.
