Sometimes you just cannot avoid not getting too much vitamin D from the sun especially during the winter or the rainy season. If that is the case, boost up your body’s supply of vitamin D by taking in multivitamins or vitamin D supplements. That way, you can be sure that you are receiving a healthy amount of vitamin D even without the sun.
