Stress is a common part of our life and is from everyday happening. The following are the ways to deal with the stress.

3.Avoid the stressful situation you can foresee. You know some sports or games can make nervous, reduce the time you play it. When you chose to play the game or the sport, you surely want to enjoy them. If you understand you will not, it is useless to play it.
4. If you can not eliminate the stress, eliminate yourself. Flee away occasionally for your own time. You might get some new idea on your problems at these quiet moment. You can be far away from the people who are full of stress. For example, you are not willing to stay with your wife's father but you do not want to make some unnecessary problem, at this time you can invite other in-laws. There are some other persons with you; you will not feel stressful.
5. The source of stress always comes from the comparing with other person's accomplishments, appearance and possessions. You clearly know because you admire others and the stress is also coming. You can say to yourself that you are supposed to be content with what you have and it is correct. Stress is created by yourself because you have the admiration to other people.
6.Remember, it is okay to do nothing once in a while.
7.Pay full attention on what you are doing right now. While you are running your treadmill, you had better not to watch television.
