bodies.
1.The first misunderstanding which will do
harm to human body is the habit of eating. Most people will not have a meal
until they are hungry. Some people even have never had breakfast because they
are not hungry. However, the fact is, food only remains in the stomach for four
to five hours. The stomach is empty when one feels hungry. At that time,
gastric mucosa will be digested by gastric juice. This can lead to gastritis or
peptic gastric ulcer. If we care about ourselves, we should eat every meal on
time.
2.The second misunderstanding is that we
need not drink unless we are thirsty. This is wrong, too. Water is much more
important to metabolism than food. Drinking enough water help clean the
stomach, improve appetite and help digestion. If you feel thirsty, your body is
lack of water. Actually it is late to drink water when you are thirsty.
3. The third one is about rest. Many people
think that they should take a break when they feel tired. As a matter of fact,
this feeling is a sign that your body is out of energy. The body has run out of
energy in this condition. So the human body is unable to resist disease any
more. People should take a rest after a certain working period.
4. The next one is the habit of sleeping.
This is similar to the third one. A good sleeping habit can help rest the brain
and advance metabolism. Besides, sleep on time can also help cure insomnia.
5. The fifth error is that most people have
no regulatory excretion. Many people even have to control the desire to go to
the restroom. As a result, many people are bothered with astriction. If people
have such a bad habit, the toxin will remain in human body and brings people
many problems.
6. The sixth bad habit is that most people
will put losing weight to the agenda when they are fat. Nowadays many people
are in danger of getting weight. This results from the food and life patterns.
I know many people are unable to change their life styles, but it is necessary
to control their weight.
7. The last one might be deadly. Many
people will not go to the doctor until they are sent to hospital. In fact, most
people are sub healthy. But they have no time for doctors. And they do not want
to, because they are not aware of the importance of it.
All in all, we should form a good habit in
our daily life. Or we have to pay the price.
