? Provide me product to sell that are fairly priced and competitively featured so that I have an equal probability to compete in the marketplace.
? Offer the training and education I would like to represent the corporate in a competent skilled manner and not make a fool of myself in front of customers. I understand that I am going to learn a heap from the particular expertise however start me off right.
? Back me up with internal support I would like to service my customers in a approach that results in repeat business and long run relationships.
? Set realistic targets and quotas for me and reward me well if my performance is actually superior. I apprehend the consequences if I do not "cut the mustard."
? Le me apprehend in no unsure terms what you and the corporate expect of me therefore that we tend to all have a transparent understanding of what a smart performance looks like. Let me have some input into these expectations.

I grasp that neither folks is perfect and you won't be ready to try to to all the above continuously, but I will accept a true effort.
