On Pursuing Joy & Happiness

Feel how it warms you and gives you inner strength. Feel the joy within you. Five minutes of your time, frequently each day in deep meditation to mae the contact, is sufficient to activate this spark at intervals you. If you can not achieve this on your own, get help, visit workshops, do no matter it takes until you have created this contact. You'll never regret it.
