But they rank high in Google and you article will get indexed really fast, because the search engines crawl into it all the time for new content. Other sites may approve faster or take lesser time, but might not rank as high or they may take longer time for sites like Google to index it.

It is very important to choose a site where you want to submit your articles. Think of what you want to exactly achieve. A quality article that gets ranked high in the search engines, or create links to your website, blog, or even article. Do some researches before you decide where to submit.
