Usually, flying to these types of places can involve negotiations with local authorities in order to secure landing permissions. This can often involve additional administrative costs or charges connected to securing a landing space.

Because most private aircraft offer additional luxuries which other forms of flying don’t, such as a la carte dining or indulgences such as private transfers these costs are also passed on to the customers.
