Delhi, one of India’s fastest growing cities has seen a tremendous growth in the past few years. Since India won the bid for commonwealth games in 2004 property prices have raised ten fold .The national capital in growing faster then ever and the city is constantly seeing more number of tourists then ever before because all the airlines are ensuring that Delhi flights are available at cheap rates.

Delhi, one of India’s fastest growing cities has seen a tremendous growth in the past few years. Since India won the bid for commonwealth games in 2004 property prices have raised ten fold .Delhi saw introduction of the Delhi metro and smooth construction of the metro across different phases and destinations. Today, Delhi has India’s most convenient public transport where one can travel with ease to any part of the city using the metro.

Delhi also saw upcoming of many hotels and shopping complexes like Emporio, promenade and Select city walk. Delhi’s infrastructure has seen a major boom, where many new flyovers and roads were built which included IIT flyover, Naraina flyover, Punjabi Bagh flyover and Vasant kunj flyover. The development also benefited many small scale industries and Delhi NCR saw a major boom in hotel, infrastructure, aviation, printing and many others. Gurgaon and Jaipur came closer to Delhi and the city saw development of all new water and sewage systems.

The major development which took place was that Delhi saw a entirely new International terminal, Terminal T3 which offers world class services and is rated as one of the best international airport in the world.

All these developments have led to some negative impacts as well that includes increase in fuel prices, increase in road taxes, increase in hotel rates and increasing difficulties for the middle class people.

Delhi is rising faster then ever before and people of Delhi are becoming more civilized and government is taking extra measures to ensure environmental concerns are dealt with in an appropriate manner. The national capital in growing faster then ever and the city is constantly seeing more number of tourists then ever before because all the airlines are ensuring that Delhi flights are available at cheap rates. Thus air traffic has also increased as more and more people are traveling to the city using Delhi flights.
