Computer network support specialists offer technical assistance to computer users who are having problems with their machines. These workers answer inquiries or troubleshoot problems for a client either personally, on a phone, or online. Matters that computer network support specialists deal with encompass computer hardware, software, printing, program installation, emails, and network connections.

Network support specialists are working on office spaces or computer labs with all the things and resources that they need on solving problems related with computers. A typical network support specialist work for an average of forty hours a week. Some work on telephone lines, whereas others work door-to-door or online chats or conference rooms.
