They've been widely successful, frequently arguable and very influential. They're one of the celebrated American hard-rock bands of all-time, and they have got constantly solid ahead with new sounds, new seems and new attitudes.

They are a band that defines both musicianship and showmanship. A band that regardless of being similarly recognized for its well-chronicled escapades of sex, drugs, booze, fast cars, massive stage shows, flashy movies and starlet wives and girlfriends has at all times been focused first and foremost across the grinding sounds of rock 'n' roll.

And even if now and again championed by the press, radio and tune television, they're - greater than the rest - a band of the people. They are a band that's offered tens of millions of albums and concert tickets, but has always remained attached to the streets from which they arose just about 20 years ago.

The Crue's tale started in Los Angeles in 1981, while bassist Nikki Sixx, drummer Tommy Lee, guitarist Mick Mars and vocalist Vince Neil recorded their debut LP, Too Fast For Love. Released independently - one thing no longer nearly as common then as it is these days - the album quickly offered over 20,000 albums and earned the group a countrywide recording settlement with Elektra Records.

Only two years after the group's inception, a brand new big name used to be was clearly on the horizon. And The Crue, whose success quickly surpassed even the bands they once emulated, have been more than ready to give the skinny-tied, overly-synthesized rock charts a rapid kick within the ass.

With the 1983 album release of Shout at The Devil, the group reached and shocked a new, hungry nationwide audience. Songs akin to "Looks That Kill" and "Too Young To Fall In Love" helped to create the primary MTV technology and a headline-grabbing tour showcased the band's outrageous live shows. Fire, smoke and extent often powered The Crue's concerts and by means of 1984 photos of Motley Crue plastered mag covers coast to coast.

"It was time to place the pedal down a little bit harder, put some sooner fuel within the tank, turn the amps up and in reality push the envelop,'' recollects Nikki Sixx. ``Even despite the fact that 'Shout' took us above ground, we have been nonetheless the cult powerhouse on the street.''

With one foot in the street and the other on the gasoline pedal, Motley Crue's fast moving upward thrust continued. The group's onslaught of arenas, TV and radio continued right through the mid-80s, with albums comparable to "Theatre of Pain'' and "Girls, Girls, Girls'' riding top at the charts and tracks equivalent to ``Smokin' In The Boys Room,'' ``Wild Side'' and ``Home Sweet Home'' saturating the MTV airwaves. And with the melodic, hard-rock motion of the '80s in complete swing, The Crue have been obviously among the leaders of the pack.

Hollywood, California's favorite bad boys of metal, Motley Crue have just announced they are going to headline a tour, featuring Poison and special guests the New York Dolls. The displays will start in Dallas on June 7, 2011. The illustrious bi-coastal band's match-up is guaranteed to a countrywide success. That Poison can be at the bill with the New York Dolls is not to be perplexed with Poison's 'Glam-A Geddon 25' tour. The just about 40-city concert tour will lead to early August.

The reality the three bands will concert tour together used to be first revealed by means of Nikki Sixx, Tommy Lee and New York Dolls’ David Johansen at the syndicated radio show, 'Sixx Sense with Nikki Sixx' on March 1, 2011.
