With the aim of recycling 65% of the waste that's generated in all Bruntwood buildings, we've launched a recycling programme for all our office and serviced office customers. The scheme means our office customers will save £1m over three years through reduced landfill fees by removing the cost of your individual recycling contracts.

Through a combination of cutting-edge technology and pro-active facilities management, we have also vowed to reduce energy usage in your office buildings by 10% each year. We have invested in Smart Metre technology that will help you monitor how much energy you use and more importantly, whether it is being wasted. Driving down your energy costs and reducing your environmental impact is made simple, thanks to this information and our facilities management team.
