Answers to your most commonly asked questions—your urgent and burning questions—about cash gifting activities. What is private gifting? Why would I want to participate? Is it legal? All answered here!
Cash gifting has been in existence for many years yet today there are still many misconceptions about it. This article will help set the record straight--
What is private gifting?
Private gifting has been around for many, many years. It is a concept that groups of private individuals have gotten involved in.
This private activity is NOT:
· network marketing
· multi-level marketing
· a business or commercial activity
· involving business transactions
· involving investments and/or securities
There is NO:
· business name
· company name
· company location
There are NO:
· directors
· officers
· shareholders or principals
This concept, plain and simple: Individuals supporting each other as part of a team and helping to change lives positively.
The roots of private gifting are in the American and Canadian citizen’s Constitutional right to gift property, assets or cash. IRS Tax Code, Title 26, Sections 2501-2504 and 2511 established this right for Americans. Canadian Tax Code, Sections 143.3 and 62.0 established this right for Canadians.
These laws state that one or more individuals can gift up to $13,000 each per calendar year to any other individual or individuals without triggering any tax liability to either party because the tax on the gift has already been paid. These gifts do not add to the gross income of the recipient.
How did this concept begin?
The concept of giving private gifts is simply an expression of kindness. Governments have allowed these gifts so individuals could share their wealth with family, friends and anyone else of their choosing.
Asian, Jewish and South American communities use private gifts quite often to help others buy a house or start a business. In turn, they gift someone else to better their life.
A prime example of private gifting is Habitat for Humanity, where everyone participates with their time, talents and materials to build a home for someone else. These participants are all part of a great team that works together to bless someone’s life.
How does the gifting activity work?
Private gifting between individuals happens only via exclusive one-to-one invitation. In other words, one individual invites another individual to participate in the activity. In this activity there is a level playing field—no hierarchy of individuals has any advantageous position or unfair advantage over new participants.

Who can participate?
The rules in a nutshell:
· private sharing group
· offered only through an exclusive, one-to-one invitation
· individuals must be over 18 years old
Is this a company?
NO. There is no company, just a group of individuals giving to one another and other teammates. There is no business or investment. We gift directly to one another and work to better the team.
How can you give to a stranger?
A gift to the United Way, the Salvation Army or other charities is very similar to this gifting activity—you don’t know who got the gift. The only difference is that an individual who decides to participate in this activity will start out as a stranger but once they are part of the team, they will most likely turn into a friend. We have met and befriended many fantastic people here and abroad who love giving and working as part of the team.
Is this a pyramid or Network Marketing?
No, this is most definitely not a pyramid scheme. We are not a company or a business so we cannot be a pyramid. We are a private sharing club with absolutely no sales quotas, no positions for sale and no ever-widening base to the structure which just keeps going and going. It is impossible for anyone coming in at the bottom of a pyramid to ever reach the top. With private gifting, everyone gives the same gifts, works together as a team and receives the same gifts.
Now, network marketing IS a legal and viable source of income but very, very rarely is anyone able to start at the bottom of the company and reach a top position within it. We are neither a pyramid scheme nor a network marketing company.
Is this structure considered a board or a matrix?
No. TPP uses a simple residual cash-flow structure. This structure allows its participants to get into the receiving position very quickly. It out performs ALL matrixes and boards and is a mathematically superior structure.
Why would I want to participate?
Gifting has changed countless lives for the better. It has allowed me to reach my financial goals much faster. People who were on the brink of financial collapse have been saved, all from participating in cash gifting. Gifting, in our opinion, is the fastest way to generate cash.
Do I have to share this with family and friends?
NO! At least, not unless you choose to personally invite your family and/or friends. Otherwise, there are resources out there for you to utilize to connect with like-minded individuals who may want to improve their lives through gifting.
Can I do this part-time?
YES! I am currently doing this activity part time and it’s been great! It totally fits within my existing schedule and the Happy Truck visiting my home with cash gifts is amazing. I am holding on to my current position (working with the elderly) because it’s very rewarding and, I feel, worthwhile. I really think you can make it fit within your current lifestyle.
Do I have to be a salesperson to do this program?
No. I am not a salesperson, by any means. There is no selling, no coercion, no solicitation, no pressure and no arm twisting. It is a simple activity—easy to understand. We simply share our own reasons for participating and our own experiences with it. There are live informational workshops [Free 24/7/365 recorded call: 712-432-0211 pin 330231#] for invitees that explain this activity thoroughly so there’s no explaining you need to do. There are also live training workshops for those who choose to participate. There are systems in place for you to plug invitees into, taking the pressure to sell off you.
Is it legal?
ABSOLUTELY! Churches, civic groups and people from around the world have used organized gifting for over 300 years. Current laws make it perfectly legal for individuals to exchange gifts. The Preamble, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights protect a private U.S. citizen’s rights to earn, pay taxes and give away property and cash as long as it is done according to the laws and codes of this country.
