Bruntwood provides flexible spaces where businesses can grow. The company's latest acquisition is City House in Leeds, which boasts 14 storeys of office space and services offices.
Friendly and professionalAffording panoramic views of the area, City House is rather imposing at 14 storeys. The serviced offices in the building will be accessed through a new luxurious entrance foyer and reception on the mezzanine level, with a dedicated concierge service offering a friendly and professional welcome.
Head of Sales and Development, Craig Burrow said: "To guarantee it impresses on every level, City House is to benefit from the highest quality materials, precision craftsmanship and design. We'll be submitting a planning application in the near future, as soon as we have finalised our plans. Although it will be priced within the range of many occupiers and businesses, the specification will be Grade A as we target a 'BREEAM Excellent' rating. Our target is to develop functional and vibrant places that create inspiring environments for our customers."
Urban fabric
Bruntwood acquired the first of their five Leeds office buildings in 2004 and completed refurbishments on 190,000 sq ft by mid 2005. The total ownership in Leeds is now 390,000 sq ft, including developments such as West One and 14 King Street.
Craig Burrow also said: "City House will be another successful addition to Bruntwood's portfolio in Leeds; the 96% rate of occupancy is proof of how well customers are responding to the Bruntwood way of doing things. There are parts of the urban fabric that some others disregard, but we like to spot the potential that exists there."
