In this The Diet Solution review I want to give you my thoughts and experiences on this revolutionary dieting program. Honestly I’m not a big fan of diets and when I first approached The Diet Solution for this review I was sure that it was just going to be another one of the same horrible dieting programs. Fortunately it turned out that The Diet Solution by Isabel De Los Rios is actually a much better nutrition guide than it is a diet.
Most diets simply have you restrict your caloric intake and you’ll lose weight as a result but in the long-term you’re not going to be able to keep up with the program. The main advantage of The Diet Solution is that it focuses on developing healthy eating habits instead of just restricting calories. This alone will indefinitely help extend the life of the diet because it’s something that can be done for a long period of time. Most people realize that they can lose weight but restricting calories and that’s really the worse thing you can do for you body.
Long-term calorie restriction will slow down your metabolism because it’ll think that there’s a shortage of food coming in and it’ll want to preserve whatever fat stores in has. The advantage of the nutrition principles taught in The Diet Solution is that it teaches you to actually eat healthy and when you’re eating healthy you’re not only going to lose fat but you’ll also increase your energy levels and feel better as well. Even though most people know how to restrict their calorie intake very few know how to actually eat healthy.
I also wanted to mention in this The Diet Solution review that the program includes recipes that are easy to prepare so even if you’re a dunce in the kitchen you can still eat healthy. A lot these dieting programs may tell you what you should be eating but they’ll never give you actual recipes that everyday people can make. Overall The Diet Solution is a really great dieting program that teaches you how to eat healthy so you can not only lose fat but keep it off while increasing your energy levels at the same time.
