In this Truth About Abs review you're going to discover what this fitness trainer thinks of the very popular fat loss program.
In my Truth About Abs review I’m going to share my research and experience with the fitness program created by Mike Geary. If you haven’t yet heard of Mike Geary he is a certified nutritionist and fitness trainer who was a practicing personal trainer before he wrote the Truth About Abs. The main advantage I found while reading the Truth About Abs was that it didn’t heavily promote any supplements or quick fixes for toning up your stomach but it instead relies on scientific nutrition and workout principles. While most programs try to sell you on the magic pill the Truth About Abs takes a more practical approach by teaching safe and healthy nutrition and training practices.
The Truth About Abs starts off with nutrition as Mike Geary says it’s the most important part of losing fat and toning up your abdominals. Geary says that even if you’re following the included workout program you won’t achieve the results you’re looking for if you’re not willing to also follow the nutrition program. Much of what you find in the nutrition section of the book is unconventional compared to what most people think about eating healthy. Geary sites several research backed nutrition strategies everyone can implement into their diet to eat healthier and lose fat at the same time. Most people who haven’t done their own research on nutrition should enter this program with an open mind because much of what they’ve learned before on nutrition is going to be different from what they read in this book.
Next up in my Truth About Abs review I wanted to talk about the training principles presented in the book. The author doesn’t recommend doing sit-ups all day long but he does include an abdominal training program. He cites more scientific backed training principles that have been proven to burn fat most effectively. The only problem people are going to have with this is that they’re going to have to work a lot harder than they’re used to. While most people are used to less intense exercise routines they’re going to have to take their time as they get used to the intensity. But everything the creator talks about in the training section is going to be dramatically more effective than what most people working out are doing.
Overall I found the Truth About Abs to be an incredibly effective program for living a healthier lifestyle that also will help people burn fat and tone up their abs. I wanted to make it clear in my Truth About Abs review that this book isn’t going to magically tone up your abs but you’re going to have to read it and then implement the strategies it talks about. While most people aren’t willing to do this those who are will find themselves burning more belly fat while also living a much healthier lifestyle.
