Instead of using credit or debit cards, it can be far more cost effective to use a dedicated company to convert the money beforehand and for you to then send the sum by money transfer. Such a money transfer will mean you know exactly how much you are paying in advance, and will almost certainly save you a great deal of trouble in the long run too.
