Integral
It is a traditional type of yoga that involves combination of postures, selfless service, meditation, breathing exercises, self-inquiry, chanting, prayer, etc

Iyengar
Another major style is lyengar. It involves coordinated breathing and precise body alignment that promotes strength, balance, flexibility and endurance of the body.

Sivananda
It is similar to the Integral style and combines dietary restrictions, chanting, postures, breathing, meditation and scriptural study.
