The woman is the most concern is that their skin problems, I got some good solution to the problem. I hope it can help you.

1. Consider your water

And adjust your skin care products accordingly. 'Fresh water does not remove the soap though, so it can leave a residue on the skin, "says Susan H. Weinkle, a clinical assistant professor of dermatology at the University of South Florida in Tampa. If your water is soft, use face and body cleansers sparingly (no more than the amount of nickel or quarter size, respectively). Hard water, on the other hand, does not wash to lather easily, prompting you to use an even cleaner, which may cause skin dryness. Mild forms nonsoap, which are not intended to lather, can minimize this, said Carolyn Jacob, a dermatologist in Chicago.

2. Drink green tea

"If your skin is red or speckled, anti-inflammatory properties of tea can be soothing," says Andrea Cambio, a dermatologist in Cape Coral, Florida. "Frozen is the best because hot drinks can aggravate redness and other symptoms of rosacea."

Another advantage is epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) in green tea can help prevent the destruction of collagen leads to wrinkles and DNA damage caused by the sun in the skin (think lines and discoloration) according to some experts.

Consider subbing tea for your cup of coffee in the morning.

3. Keep stress Arrival

It takes a toll on almost all parts of your body including your skin. In a study conducted at Stanford University, researchers found that during the examination period, students who feel stressed are more severe acne than those under less pressure. This is because stress increases the body's production of hormones such as cortisol, which can make more fat from the skin and reduce its ability to fight against acne causing bacteria, says Lisa Donofrio, Associate Professor of Clinical Dermatology at Yale University School of Medicine.

To keep this feeling frazzled under control, regular stress management techniques like yoga, deep breathing and meditation. This "can help conditions such as acne, psoriasis, rosacea, and seborrhea," Donofrio said.

4. Improve your air quality

Avoid smoky environments is smart, because "just being around smoke can lead to the release of free radicals that damage the skin and accelerate aging," said Diane S. Berson, an assistant professor of clinical dermatology at Weill Medical College of Cornell University in New York City. Other indoor pollutants can affect the skin, too.

Change the air filter in your furnace regularly, and if you cook with oil, use your range fan. Also keep in mind that the dry air inside can dehydrate the skin and making fine lines more noticeable. Run a humidifier in your room to minimize these problems.

5. Skip to regular toothpaste

Those with tartar control ingredients or added flavors such as cinnamon can contribute to a common skin condition called perioral dermatitis. It looks like pimples, redness and scaling around the mouth, Donofrio said. Use a pastry base instead, like toothpaste Crest Cavity Protection. Note: If you suffer from this problem, see a dermatologist for antibiotics to clear it.
