Bigger is better, right? Well, not always. Ultimately, no matter what you are doing, it is almost always going to be about how you do it, and just how you use what you have.
Bigger is better, right? Well, not always. Ultimately, no matter what you are doing, it is almost always going to be about how you do it, and just how you use what you have.

When it comes to promoting a company, big will obviously have a great deal more benefits. Using large format printing instead of just sticking to a simple A3 poster you can produce yourself will mean that far more people are going to see your promotion, but also that such promotion will carry far more impact.

However, using large format printing alone isn’t going to guarantee success. Going larger should not be an alternative to creative excellence, but instead simply an addition to it. A well designed sticker will often have more impact than poorly designed PVC banners, so when it comes to promotion, design and creativity should always come first.

However, once you have a design that you know works, being able to reproduce this in a very large format will mean that you can ensure that it is easily seen and can therefore create the exact impression you wish to on a much bigger scale.

It is also important to vary the mode of delivery. Posters and PVC banners can not only have different impacts but can each be used in many different scenarios too.

The final thing to consider is quality. Whilst it may seem like a good idea to go for something cheap to save money, it will actually often end up costing more in the long run. A good quality poster or banner will not only last longer but will easily be able to be used at numerous events, withstanding the elements and being able to be moved easily from place to place.

So, whilst bigger is better, just make sure the quality and design are also as good as they possibly can be.
