Private lenders are people who lend money to real estate investors instead of them borrowing money from standard lending institutions, like banks and finance companies. Private lenders usually charge a higher rate of interest compared to institutions such as banks. The reason why some people opt to borrow money from private lenders is because many banks are resistant of lending money unsecured.  For instance, it is hard for an investor to get a loan from a bank if for any reason his/her credit is not good. While it comes to private lenders things are different because the Credit Record of a borrower is not very important and they do not pay much interest on the his/her credit. In private lending what is important is that borrowers explain their condition to the lenders who is interested in providing the money to them and this really gives them a real and a great chance to obtain the funds they wants. As the word states they are all private deals between the individual lending money and the borrower.
Reason Why People Become Private Lenders

There are different reasons which make some people to become private lenders. Some of this reason includes:

-         -Some people have a lot of money and they want to invest it and make a profit from it. They desperately require putting they cash into something secure like real estate deal.

-         The other reason is that those people with some extra money want their cash to grow, and not just keep them in the bank earning small interest rates. 

-         Those private lenders usually find it hard to get a good rate of interest on their money and that’s why they opt to lend their money to investors.

-         Another thing is that those wealthy people some opt to became private lenders in order to help real estate investors achieve their goals.

There might be other reasons why people become private lenders but I have just stated the main ones. In private lending the lenders profit from higher of return of his/her money and the borrowers get the money they want to improve and develop their real estate investing. Private lenders plays a great role in real investors lives, they really helps them develop their business and helps them improve their monthly cash flow. Private lenders act very fast when a deal comes along because several investors loose their deals as they wait for banks to approve their loans and this is one advantage to the investors because they can purchase any property at any time.
