There are a number of points you need to consider when choosing the type of cubicle systems that will best suit your environment.
There are a number of points you need to consider when choosing the type of cubicle systems that will best suit your environment. The initial factors you need to take into account are: how frequently will this facility be used, by who, and how much water will it be exposed to? Only after you have have fully answered these questions can you begin to shop around and decide on the colour and design.

Fully framed panel cubicles stand up best to watery and busy places. They are ideal as shower cubicles in places like public swimming baths but they can also perform equally well as washroom cubicles. These cubicles can stand up to attempts at vandalism and intensive cleaning. In this instance the cubicle will most likely be made of compact grade laminate since this is the most durable material. If the environment is wet, the suspended cubicle systems may be your best option in order to assist cleaning and the flow of water.

For commercial and private, low use areas you may wish to invest in a more decorative glass cubicle. These are usually best deployed in areas like gyms, hotels and office buildings since they have a great aesthetic appeal and bring an air of professionalism and quality to the environment. These can be deployed as both washroom, changing and shower cubicles in a private environment where the threat of vandalism is low to non-existent.

This is not to say, however, that glass cannot be deployed in a high use, wet, public area. Toughened glass provides an appealing alternative to standard laminate but will not stand up as well as standard laminate in an environment where the risk of vandalism is higher.

Another critical issue you must consider is whether you want the cubicle to be free standing or back on to a wall.
