This article on the Athletic Greens review will give you an in depth look at the popular greens supplement and whether or not it comes recommended from a certified fitness trainer.

I decided to write this Athletic Greens review because I’ve received a lot of questions from my own personal training clients on whether or not the greens supplement works or not.  I thought they deserved a definite answer on whether or not I approve of it and whether or not it’ll be beneficial for them to use it.  One thing I should say right off the bat in this Athletic Greens review is that you don’t need to be an athlete to use it and it’s really designed for anybody who’s looking to improve their overall health.  And I also wanted to say that you shouldn’t totally rely on supplements for your nutrition intake but you should instead be focusing on eating healthy foods and drinking a lot of water.


If you’re unaware what Athletic Greens are then it’s a combination of extracts of healthy foods and it contains antioxidants, probiotics and many other nutrients.  Their main selling point with the product is that it contains up to 12 servings of fruits and vegetables and even though this probably isn’t as beneficial as eating the real foods it’s a great way for people to get in their servings of fruits and vegetables if they’re not able to eat the real thing.  I know that a lot of my clients and myself included often don’t have the time or just slack off when it comes to eating all the fruits and vegetables we should be eating.  This alone is one of the huge reasons why I recommend Athletic Greens to my clients just to make sure they’re getting enough of their daily vegetable requirements.


Also another huge benefit I’ve found with this greens supplement is that it can naturally help to improve your energy levels.  One of the reasons behind this is it contains digestive enzymes which help to naturally digest food better and thus you can absorb more of the nutrients.  Also a lot of typical modern diets include an abundance of foods that are very acidic and these foods cause an unnatural pH balance in our blood.  This imbalance can cause fatigue so taking Athletic Greens can help bring a balance back by the natural alkalizing foods it contains.  Also with the digestive enzymes you’ll help to eliminate the stomach aches and other digestive problems that plague some people.


Overall I found this greens supplement to be a very good product and I’m giving it my full recommendation in this Athletic Greens review.  The only problem is that the product is a little bit expensive so if you’re on a super tight budget then it might not be worth it right now.  But if you’re serious about improving your health and taking your fitness to the next level then Athletic Greens is going to be for you.
